In-person appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also offer virtual sessions through a private and secure platform; this option is available for all individuals.

This private practice is located in the 280 & University Ave area, easily accessed by residents of Minneapolis or St. Paul. Folks coming from the surrounding metro area can access the building via HWY 94 and/or 280. It is also just a short walk from the Raymond Ave stop of the Green Line Metro Transit Train.
There is plenty of free parking on two sides of the building, and elevator access if entering the building on the west side. The office suites are all numbered, so just look for suite 330.
Land acknowledgment
I honor that this office space where I currently practice is situated on the homeland of the Dakota people, where generations have tended land and community for many thousands of years. As a non-Indigenous person, I commit to acknowledging the ugly history of land occupation, genocide, and attempted erasure of Indigenous communities, and to celebrating the ongoing contributions of Indigenous peoples today. I stand firmly against colonialism, oppression, and present-day brutalities against those identifying as Black-Indigenous-People of Color. I commit to taking action to repair and heal the wounds of racialized trauma.
